康藏荆芥性状及显微鉴定研究

摘要 目的:完成康藏荆芥性状及显微鉴定研究。方法:采用性状、显微鉴定方法对康藏荆芥进行鉴定。结果:完成了康藏荆芥原植物形态的描述和具有鉴定意义的性状、显微鉴定特征的记录,药材的鉴别要点为茎呈方柱形,具细条纹;叶片边缘具浅齿,两边被毛;非腺毛有两种;腺毛表面有疣状突起;腺鳞由八个细胞组成;螺纹导管多见;花粉粒表面光滑;叶肉薄壁细胞垂周壁波状弯曲;茎横切面表皮可见细小的腺毛或非腺毛,四角棱脊处分布大量的厚角组织;内皮层明显,凯氏点清晰可见;韧皮部较窄,形成层不明显。结论:以上鉴定特征可为康藏荆芥药材的鉴别及生药学研究提供参考。 To study the macroscopic and microscopic identification of Nepeta prattii.Methods:The macroscopic and microscopical identification methods were used to identify Nepeta prattii.Results:The morphological description of the original plants and the records of the macroscopic and microscopical characteristics of the original plants of Nepeta prattii had been completed in this study.The main points of the identification were as follows:the stem was square column shape with fine stripes.Leaf blade margin was with shallow teeth,both sides were covered with hairs.There were two kinds of non-glandular hairs.There was warty protuberance on the surface of glandular hair.The glandular scales were composed of eight cells.Spiral vessels were more common.Pollen granules had a smooth surface.The thin walled cells of anticlinal walls in the mesophyll tissue were undulantly curved.Small glandular hairs or non-glandular hairs could be seen in the epidermis of the transverse section of the stem.A large number of collenchyma tissue were distributed at four corners of the stem.The endodermis was distinct and the casparian dots were clearly visible.Phloem was relatively narrow and cambium was not obvious.Conclusion:The above identification characteristics can provide reference for identification and pharmacognosy study of Nepeta prattii.
