王新志教授辨治湿热型瘀血舌思路探讨

舌诊是中医诊断学中的重要内容。王新志教授在诊治瘀血舌过程中,总结既往文献及临床经验,认为瘀血舌的"瘀血"为结果,而并非病因。对于瘀血舌的治疗不能只是见瘀治瘀,而要抓准造成瘀血舌的因素,治病求本,标本兼顾;同时兼顾舌面部位、经络,分属论治;最终究其本源,恪守病机,随证治之。

Tongue diagnosis is the important part of TCM diagnosis.Professor WANG Xinzhi proposes that the blood stasis was the result rather than the cause of the disease based on combining clinical cases and literatures in the treatment of blood stasis tongue.The treatment of blood stasis tongue is not only a simple promoting circulation and removing stasis,but also paying attention to the cause of blood stasis and searching for the root causes of diseases.At the same time,the locations of the blood stasis of the tongue should be considered.After all,highlighting primary causes,abiding by the pathogenesis,and treating the disease according to the syndrome differentiation should be focused on.
