论以经筋理论指导中风后上肢痉挛性瘫痪的中医康复治疗

TCM Rehabilitation in Treating Post-Stroke Spastic Paralysis of Upper Limbs Guided by Meridian Sinew Theory

经筋理论是中医经络学说的重要组成部分,多用于指导经筋病的治疗。中风后上肢痉挛性瘫痪属于经筋病的范畴,经筋理论可指导本病的中医康复。笔者通过探讨以经筋理论指导中风后上肢痉挛性瘫痪的理论基础,提出具体的治疗方案,并附以病案加以说明,以期丰富中风后上肢痉挛性瘫痪的治疗手段,为本病的中医康复提供参考方向。

As an indispensable part of the TCM meridian theory,the meridian sinew theory has always been used to guide the treatment of the meridian sinew diseases.Post-stroke spastic paralysis of upper limbs belongs to the meridian sinew disease and can be treated based on the meridian sinew theory.This study discussed the theoretical basis of TCM rehabilitative approach in treating post-stroke spastic paralysis of upper limbs guided by meridian sinew theory,formulated the therapeutic scheme and illustrated it with a case record,aiming to enrich the means of TCM therapies for the disease.
