张简斋治疗泄泻理论探析

Theoretical Analysis of the Treatment of Diarrhea By ZHANG Jianzhai

民国时期著名医家张简斋崇尚经典,博采众长,临证经验颇丰,善于治疗内科杂病。文章通过对简老治疗泄泻的医案进行研习,总结出解表和里法、风胜淡渗法、解热治利法、芳香化浊法、温暖脾肾法、温脾运枢法等泄泻治法,并发现简老治疗泄泻悉本经典、善用古方化裁,用药和缓重脾胃,善用风药,且治病必明升降开合之道。

During the Republic of China era,the famous medical doctor ZHANG Jianzhai advocated the classics and learned from others.He had a good experience in clinical practice and was good at treating internal medical diseases.Through the study of the treatment of diarrhea in the ZHANG Jianzhai’s Medical Cases,this article summed up six treatment methods for diarrhea.It is found that ZHANG Jianzhai knew the classics well and made good use of ancient formulas.By using mild herbs to ease the pain,he paid attention to protecting the Spleen and Stomach and he was good at using herbs to ease wind.The rule for treating diarrhea must be clear with the theory of ascending and descending and the theory of opening and closing.
