Analysis of YE Tianshi Treating Tinnitus

以叶天士医案为切入点,总结叶天士治疗耳鸣临证特色。将叶氏耳鸣治法概括为填固脏阴,镇摄浮阳、辛甘化风,补体调用、养血熄风,敛阴柔肝、解郁散火,清肝泻热、培土制木,熄风降火、益气通窍,建中熄鸣及补益心肾,交通水火7个方面。以法带方,借法诠理,认识叶氏辨治耳鸣经验。

This study summarized the clinical treatment characteristics of tinnitus by YE Tianshi by taking his medical cases as the breakthrough point.The treatments of tinnitus put forward by YE Tianshi can be summarized into seven aspects,including filling zang-yin,bringing down floating yang;removing wind-evil with herbs acrid in flavor and sweet in property,tonifying and regulating the body;nourishing blood to subside internal wind,astringing yin and nourishing Liver;removing stagnated qi to disperse fire,clearing and purging Liver-heat;building up earth to restrict wood,subside internal wind and fire;invigorating qi and removing obstruction from orifices to relieve tinnitus;tonifying and reconciling Heart and Kidney.This study tried to demonstrate YE’s experience in differentiating and treating tinnitus by means of interpreting prescriptions and the principles.
