清脑降压片联合替米沙坦对高血压肝阳上亢证患者的疗效及其血清相关的影响

Effect of Qingnao Jiangya tablet combined with telmisartan on the serum of NO, ET-1 levels and endothelial function of patients with liver yang hypertension

目的探讨清脑降压片联合替米沙坦治疗对高血压肝阳上亢证患者的疗效及对其血清一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、血脂及血压水平的影响。方法选择2014年2月~2017年3月湖北大学医院接诊的90例高血压肝阳上亢证患者作为研究对象,并将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各45例。两组患者均给予口服替米沙坦片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加以口服清脑降压片,疗程均为60天。比较两组患者的临床总有效率及治疗前后血清NO、ET-1水平和血脂、血压的变化,同时对比两组患者中医症候积分。结果观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血清NO、ET-1、血脂、血压及中医症候积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组血清NO均上升,ET-1、血脂、血压及中医症候积分均下降,且观察组降低更明显(均P<0.05)。结论清脑降压片联合替米沙坦治疗高血压肝阳上亢证患者的临床疗效优于口服替米沙坦的单药治疗,能有效改善患者血清NO、ET-1和血脂血压水平,可在临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Qingnao Jiangya Tablet combined with telmisartan on the efficacy of hyperlipidemia and the level of serum NO,ET-1 and blood lipid. Methods 90 patients with hyperlipidemia were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 45 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were given oral administration of telmisartan tablets. The observation group was treated with oral Qingnaojiangya tablets for 60 days. The changes of serum NO,ET-1 and blood lipid and blood pressure were compared between the two groups before and after treatment, and the scores of TCM syndrome were compared between the two groups. ResultsThe total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, serum NO, ET-1, blood lipid, blood pressure and TCM syndrome score in both group were no statistically significant difference(P>0.05). After treatment, NO in both groups was increased, and ET-1, blood lipid, blood pressure and TCM syndrome score were decreased, with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Qingnao Jiangjin Tablet combined with telmisartan in the treatment of hyperlipidemia patients with hypertension is better than that of oral telmisartan, which can effectively improve the serum levels of NO, ET-1 and blood lipid.
