素质教育背景下对“一专多能型”乡村教师培养的理论思考

摘要 近些年,随着国际上教育领域的突飞猛进,掌握一门专业知识或一门专门技术,已无法满足全球快速发展的需要。在我国越来越重视乡村教师的同时,如何面对和适应新的教育要求和教师应具备怎样的素质是关键。本文从“一专多能型”乡村教师培养的视角出发,从“一专多能型”乡村教师培养的背景、内涵、现状与意义以及策略等方面进行了研究,分析了在素质教育背景下如何创新性地开展“一专多能型”乡村教师培养,以及在主要专业培养的基础上思考其音体美能力增加和技能形成,为以后“一专多能型”乡村教师培养工作提供了一个重要思路。 To success of quality education,quality and abilities of the teachers are of pivotal importance and to train“versatile teachers with one specialty”in the rural areas is therefore the direction we are to follow to tackle the problem of teacher shortage.By“versatile teacher with one specialty”we mean to give teachers additional training in music,P.E.and art in addition to their own specialties so that they are more suitable to basic education realities in the rural areas.
