摘要 目的探讨小剂量盐酸右美托咪定在全身麻醉苏醒拔管期的应用效果。方法将2017年2月~2018年3月在本院开展全身麻醉手术治疗的80例患者设为研究对象,经电脑随机分组法分为观察组(40例)与对照组(40例)。对照组患者使用生理盐水,观察组患者使用小剂量盐酸右美托咪定辅助治疗。分析两组患者麻醉后10 min、拔管时、拔管后5 min、拔管后30 min的收缩压、舒张压、心率的变化情况,比较两组患者的拔管时间、自主呼吸时间、抬颈和睁眼时间。结果麻醉后10min、拔管后30 min两组患者的收缩压、舒张压及心率水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者拔管时以及拔管后5 min的收缩压、舒张压以及心率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的睁眼时间、拔管时间、抬颈时间、自主呼吸时间与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在全身麻醉苏醒拔管期患者中应用小剂量盐酸右美托咪定辅助治疗有利于维护患者的心率以及血压的稳定,能够提升手术安全性,具有较高的临床价值。 Objective To investigate the effect of low-dose Dexmedetomidine Hydrochloride in general anesthesia during awakening and extubation.Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent general anesthesia surgery in our hospital from February 2017 to March 2018 were enrolled in the study.The patients were divided into the observation group(40 cases)and the control group(40 cases)by computer randomization.The patients in the control group were treated with normal saline,and the patients in the observation group were treated with a small dose of Dexmedetomidine Hydrochloride.The changes of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate were analyzed at 10 min after anesthesia,at the time of extubation,5 min after extubation,and 30 min after extubation.The extubation time,spontaneous breathing time,neck lift and blink time were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate at 10 min after anesthesia and 30 min after extubation between the two groups(P>0.05).The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of the observation group at the time of extubation and 5 min after extubation were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the blink time,extubation time,neck lift time and spontaneous breathing time between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of low-dose Dexmedetomidine Hydrochloride in patients undergoing general anesthesia during recovery and extubation is conducive to maintaining the stability of heart rate and blood pressure,improving the safety of surgery,and has high clinical value.
