中药外治法配合中药内服治疗输卵管炎性不孕的临床效果

Clinical effect of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with internal administration of traditional Chinese medicine treating tubal inflammatory infertility

目的探讨中药外治法配合中药内服治疗输卵管炎性不孕的临床效果。方法选取本院2018年1~12月收治的60例输卵管炎性不孕患者作为研究对象,按照国际随机字母表法分为实验组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。对照组采用单纯中药外治法,实验组采用中药外治法配合中药内服治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果和中医证候积分。结果实验组的临床总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的中医证候积分明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组治疗后的中医证候积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药外治法配合中药内服治疗输卵管炎性不孕的临床效果显著,能够有效改善临床症状及体征,降低中医证候积分,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with internal administration of traditional Chinese medicine treating tubal inflammatory infertility.Methods All of 60 patients with tubal inflammatory infertility admitted to our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to the international random alphabet method,they are divided into the experimental group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The control group was treated with simple external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,while the experimental group was treated with external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with internal administration of traditional Chinese medicine.The clinical effect and score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome between the two groups were compared.Results The clinical total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.33%,which was higher than that of the control group by 76.67%,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with internal administration of traditional Chinese medicine has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of tubal inflammatory infertility,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms and signs and reduce the score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,and it is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
