自动化发药系统使用中发现的问题及应对措施

Problems and countermeasures found in the use of automated dispensing systems

自动化发药系统提高了处方调配速度和准确率,是现代门诊药房建设的趋势,但在使用过程中发现设备出药错误、软件系统故障、添药操作失误、高峰期出药速度慢及药品效期管理等问题。为使自动化发药系统能更高效地发挥其应有的优势,本研究对贺州市人民医院门诊药房在使用自动化发药系统过程中发现的问题进行总结和分析,提出应对措施,为国内门诊药房引进自动化发药系统设备提供参考。

The automatic dispensing system improves the speed and accuracy of prescription dispensing,which is the trend of modern outpatient pharmacy construction.However,in the process of using the automatic dispensing system,there are problems such as device dispensing error,software system failure,mistake in adding drugs,slow drug delivery during peak periods and management of drug efficacy.In order to make the automatic drug delivery system more effective to play its intended advantages,this paper summarizes and analyzes the problems found in the process of using the automatic drug delivery system in the outpatient pharmacy of Hezhou People's Hospital,and proposes countermeasures to provide reference for the introduction of automatic drug delivery system equipment in domestic outpatient pharmacies.
