优质护理在放射造影检查中的应用效果

Application effect of high quality nursing in radiography examination

目的探讨优质护理在放射造影检查中的应用价值。方法选取2018年1~12月我院收治的60例放射造影检查患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。观察组实施优质护理,对照组实施一般护理,对两组干预后的不良反应发生率(皮肤瘙痒、恶心、呕吐)及护理满意度进行观察及评估。结果观察组不良反应总发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的30.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理应用于放射造影检查有较高的临床价值,能在降低不良反应发生率的同时提高患者满意度,值得应用及推广。

Objective To explore the application value of high quality nursing in radiography examination.Methods Sixty patients with radiographic examination from January to December 2018 in our hospital were selected.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The observation group was implemented high quality nursing and the control group was performed general nursing.The incidence of adverse reactions(skin itching,nausea,vomiting)and nursing total satisfaction after intervention in the two groups were observed and evaluated.Results The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.33%,which was lower than that in the control group 30.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing total satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67% higher than that of the control group 73.33%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing in radiographic examination has high clinical value,which can improve the patient satisfaction while reducing the incidence of adverse reactions.It is worthy of application and promotion.
