家长参与式护理在重症支原体肺炎患儿中的应用效果

Application effect of parent participation nursing in children with severe mycoplasma pneumonia

目的探讨家长参与式护理在重症支原体肺炎患儿中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月~2018年10月我院收治的90例重症支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各45例。对照组给予基础护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予家长参与式护理,比较两组的治疗总有效率、临床症状改善时间以及护理总满意度。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.56%,高于对照组的75.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组体温恢复正常时间以及咳嗽减轻、肺部阴影吸收时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家长的护理总满意度为97.78%,高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在重症支原体肺炎患儿护理中实施家长参与式护理可有效提高治疗效果,缩短患儿的临床症状改善时间,提高患儿及家长的护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of parental participatory nursing in children with severe mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods A total of 90 children with severe mycoplasma pneumonia in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given basic nursing,while the observation group was given parental participatory nursing on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate of treatment,improvement time of clinical symptoms and total satisfaction of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.56%,higher than that in the control group(75.56%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The temperature recovery time,cough relief and lung shadow absorption time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of children's parents in the observation group was 97.78%,which was higher than 77.78% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of children with severe mycoplasma pneumonia,parental participatory nursing can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,shorten the time for improving the clinical symptoms of children,and improve the nursing satisfaction of children and their parents.
