舒适护理在剖宫产术后产妇中的应用效果

Application effect of comfortable nursing in parturients after cesarean section

目的探讨舒适护理在剖宫产术后产妇中的应用效果。方法选取北京航天总医院妇产科2017年5月~2018年5月收治的100例行剖宫产术分娩的产妇作为研究对象,将其随机分为常规组(50例)与舒适组(50例)。常规组产妇术后实施常规护理,舒适组产妇术后在常规护理基础上加用舒适护理。比较两组产妇护理后的康复情况、舒适度,瘢痕、并发症发生情况及满意度。结果舒适组产妇护理后的恶露量明显少于常规组,术后排气、首次下床和切口愈合时间均明显短于常规组(P<0.01),Kplcaba舒适状况量表(GCQ)评分和护理满意度评分明显高于常规组(P<0.01),温哥华瘢痕评估量表(VSS)评分和并发症总发生率明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理用于剖宫产产妇术后护理中的效果显著,可提高产妇的护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the application effect of comfortable nursing in parturients after cesarean section.Methods All of 100 parturients after cesarean section treated in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Beijing Aerospace General Hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as study objects and they were randomly divided into the routine group(50 cases)and comfortable group(50 cases).Parturients in the routine group were given routine nursing after operation,and those in the comfortable group were given comfortable nursing on the basis of the routine nursing after operation.The rehabilitation,comfort degree,the incidence of scars and complications,and satisfaction degree in parturients after nursing between the two groups were compared.Results The amount of lochia after nursing in the comfortable group was significantly less than that in the routine group,and the time of exhaust,first time out of bed and wound healing were significantly shorter than those in the routine group(P<0.01).The Kplcaba general comfort questionnaire(GCQ)score and nursing satisfaction degree score were significantly higher than those of the routine group(P<0.01).The score of Vancouver scar scale(VSS)and the incidence of complications were significantly lower than those of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing has a remarkable effect in in parturients after cesarean section,and it can improve the nursing satisfaction degree of parturients.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
