摘要
“立德树人”是教育的根本任务,其实现路径主要包括课程育人、实践育人和文化育人。服务学习课程的规范设置和科学管理可以有机融合“课程育人”“实践育人”和“文化育人”三条路径,是创新劳动教育、落实立德树人根本任务的有效手段。服务学习课程的设置可按照设定课程目标、确定评估证据、设计课程体验、组织服务实施、开展课程评估五步骤开展;服务学习课程的管理需要处理好外部社会需求与内部学习需求、知识系统与经验系统、学校与社区之间的关系。
People&Moral Cultivation is the fundamental task of education,and its realization path mainly includes curricular education,practical education and cultural education.The standard setting and scientific management of service learning courses can organically integrate the three paths,and is also an effective means to bring forth new ideas in labor education and implement the fundamental tasks of moral education.Service learning courses can be set up in five steps:setting the course objectives,determining the evaluation evidence,designing the course experience,organizing the service implementation,and conducting the course evaluation.The management of service learning courses needs to deal with the relationship between external social needs and internal learning needs,the relationship between knowledge systems and experience systems and the relationship between university and community.
