Reflections on Labor Education in Colleges in the New Era

劳动教育是中国学校教育的传统与优势,是新时期高校实现立德树人根本任务的重要组成部分。但是,由于对劳动教育内涵认识缺位、实践定位不准和校园氛围缺失,高校劳动教育的效果并不明显。为此,高校要把握劳动教育的时代性、实践性、综合性和适度性等基本特征,注重将劳动教育纳入人才培养体系、融进专业课程教学、对接创新创业教育和衔接学生第二课堂,以充分发挥劳动教育在促进学生全面发展中的作用。

In China,labor education is the tradition and strength of our school education,as well as the important part of the fundamental task of moral education among universities in the new era.However,the effect of labor education in colleges was found to be insignificant on account of lacking in accurate understanding of the labor education,correct orientation of the practice and good atmosphere of the campus.Therefore,in order to give full play to the role of labor education in promoting the all-round development of students,colleges and universities should grasp the basic characteristics of labor education,which are reflected in its peculiarity of times,practicality,comprehensiveness and moderation.Meanwhile,they should bring labor education into the system of talent cultivation,integrate it into the teaching of professional courses,and connect it with the entrepreneurial education and students'second classroom.
