摘要 高校班集体凝聚力建设是班级治理的本源动能,为个体成长提供有效支持,是创新人才的培养依托,更是核心价值观的践行路径和集体主义的认知载体。然而,当前高校班集体凝聚力建设面临自我导向的团队氛围、关系冲突的团队过程、竞争制约的团队信任等现实困境。根据国内外现有关于团队凝聚力的实证研究结论,以利益的重新耦合为视角建立高校班级凝聚力建设的理论模型,并从凝聚力的产生机制、产出动力、表达形式三方面来探讨班级凝聚力建设的路径重构:以利益共生取代利益竞争、以利益协调取代行政指令、以利益共赢取代个体收益。 As a"collective","class"has its special implications in China's socialist higher education system.The construction of class cohesion in colleges and universities is the source power of class governance,which provides effective support for individual growth and cultivation of innovative talents.It is also a path to practice core values and a carrier for the cognition of collectivism.However,at present,the construction of class cohesion in colleges and universities is faced with such practical difficulties as self-oriented team atmosphere,relationship conflict in team process and team trust restricted by competition.According to the conclusion of empirical research both at home and abroad,we establish the theoretical model from the perspective of interest re-coupling and devise the reconstruction path of class cohesion in colleges and universities by examining aspects of generation mechanism,driving force for output and forms of expression.Therefore,we should replace interest competition with interest symbiosis,replace administrative instructions with interest coordination,and replace individual benefits with common interest.
