青海省新入职护士培训方案的设计与实施 被引量:4

Development and implementation of a training program for new nurses in Qinghai Province

摘要 目的设计并实施青海省新入职护士培训方案,评价其对新入职护士基本能力及核心能力的影响。方法便利选取青海省人民医院、西宁市第一人民医院、西宁市第二人民医院2016年8月130名新入职护士作为研究对象。组建专家团队、制订培训方案、遴选师资,对新入职护士进行为期2年的培训。结果新入职护士基本能力、核心能力总分及各单项能力得分在培训前及培训后4个阶段比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);理论与操作成绩较培训前有提高(P<0.05)。结论青海省新入职护士培训方案的实施可以提高新入职护士基本能力及核心能力。 Objective To design a training program for new nurses in Qinghai Province and to examine the effects of the program on basic competence and core competence of new nurses.Methods A total of 130 new nurses were recruited in August 2016 from Qinghai Provincial People's Hospital,Xining First People's Hospital,and Xining Second People's Hospital.For this program,we formed an expert team,developed the training plans,and choose the instruc-tors.The new nurses had been trained for two years.Results The scores of basic ability,core competence and each dimensional ability were statistically different before and after the training(P<0.05).The scores of paper examination and skill tests were improved compared with those before the training(P<0.05).Conclusion The new nurse training program in Qinghai Province can improve the basic ability and core competence of the new nurses.
