摘要
新入职护士培训是建设高素质护士队伍的基础环节。通过开展培训质量评价可以全面了解新入职护士是否达到教学目标、培训内容是否实用、培训方式和安排是否合理等情况,可以为制订计划、修订方案提供依据。应用柯氏四级评估模型有利于保障培训效果评价的整体性、系统性和全面性。如何紧密结合护理工作特点,选择适用的新入职护士培训质量评价工具仍尚待深入探讨。
Standardized training of new nurses is the basic step to build a high-quality nurses team.Through quality evaluation of training,we can fully understand whether the training achieves the teaching objectives,whether the training content is practical,and whether the training methods and arrangements are reasonable.Through quality evaluation,it can provide evidence for the development and revision of training plans.The application of Kirkpatrick Model is conducive to ensure the integrity of training quality evaluation.Based on the characteristics of clinical work,selecting suitable quality evaluation tools for new nurses training is still to be discussed in the future.
