摘要
目的探讨婴幼儿静脉穿刺系列辅助装置的应用效果。方法对婴幼儿静脉穿刺过程中的问题进行分析,发明了4项实用新型专利,包括小儿头皮静脉穿刺台、多功能婴幼儿头皮静脉穿刺操作台、多功能留置针敷贴、多功能儿童输液垫,并在临床应用。比较应用前后静脉重复穿刺率。结果应用婴幼儿静脉穿刺系列辅助装置后,婴幼儿静脉重复穿刺率为6.33%[96/(1421+96)],与应用前的18.41%[383/(1697+383)]比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=148.741,P<0.001)。结论婴幼儿静脉穿刺系列辅助装置可有效降低婴幼儿静脉重复穿刺率,可在临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the effects of assistant devices for venous puncture for infants and children.Methods The problems during the vein puncture process were analyzed.To solve the problem,four patents were invented including the scalp venipuncture table,the multifunctional scalp venipuncture console for infants and children,the multi-functional dressing for indwelling needle,and multi-functional infusion pad.All those devices we invented were put in the clinical work.The repeated puncture rate was compared before and after the invented devices used.Results After the assisted devices were used,the repeated venous puncture rate was 6.33%[96/(1421+96)],which was much lower than that before the devices used(18.41%[383/(1697+383)],χ2=148.741,P<0.001).Conclusion The infant venipuncture assistant devices can effectively reduce the rate of repeated venous puncture in infants and children.All the devices can be promoted in the clinical settings.
