基于卫生行为抗囊状幼虫病蜂群选育研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文通过液氮冷冻的方法选育具有卫生行为能力的中华蜜蜂蜂群,并繁育三代以上,然后对其清除能力和抗囊状幼虫病能力进行了测定结果显示:实验组蜂群对囊状幼虫病病毒的抵抗力显著高于对照组(P<0.05),发病率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组对死亡蛹的清除能力显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。通过对具有卫生行为蜂群的筛选和繁育,可以显著提高蜂群的清除能力和整体抗病能力。 In this paper,the honeybee colony with hygienic behavior was selected by liquid nitrogen freezing method,and it was propagated for more than three generations.Then its a bility to scavenge and anti-cystic sacbrood disease ability was determined.The results showed that the resistance of the experimental group to the cystic larvae virus was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence rate was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The ability of the experimental group to clear the death sputum was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).By screening and breeding the bee colony with hygienic behavior,the ability of the colony to clear and the overall disease resistance can be significantly improved.
