摘要
隧道施工的复杂性一直都存在,为了探明开挖面前方对隧道施工安全可能存在的不良地质体,如溶洞、软弱破碎带等影响施工安全的不良地质因素,文章采用新型卡萨C6XPD-E超前钻机系统对隧道开挖面前方的围岩进行超前探测预报。根据钻孔位置、钻进里程及角度对不良地质体位置进行合理的判断,将隧道不良地质体直观地展现出来,并结合钻进记录信息划定隧道围岩级别,为隧道开挖及支护提供参考、确定合理的施工措施、降低施工风险,使施工更加科学安全。
There is always the complexity in tunnel engineering.In order to detect any unfavorable geologic body which might pose a risk to the excavation face ahead,such as a limestone cave,fractured weak zone,etc.,the paper uses the new-type Kasa C6XPD-E advanced drilling system to detect the surrounding rock ahead when tunneling and make forecast beforehand.The system is capable to make a reasonable prediction about any unfavorable geologic body and its size according to the position of boreholes,drilling mileage and drilling angles.By classifying the surrounding rock inside the tunnel based on the drilling record,the system may provide a reference for excavating and timbering inside the tunnel.It can also be used to determine reasonable engineering measures,and reduce risks of construction.It can make construction more scientific and safer.The paper takes the advanced drilling system used in Dezhou-Shangrao Express as an example.
