摘要
公路工程试验检测技术不仅为工程设计提供必要的参数,同时还为工程施工质量控制、竣工验收评定及公路养护管理、新材料和新技术的推广等提供科学依据,因此公路工程试验检测技术在工程建设中起到了极其重要的作用。随着公路建设事业的迅猛发展和人们出行对公路质量标准要求的不断提高,公路工程检测岗位不仅人才需求出现了巨大的缺口,而且对专业技术人才的检测职业能力也提出了更高的要求。本文构建了现代职业能力培养视阈下“专业+企业”公路工程检测技术人才培养模式,论述了该培养模式的创新之处、解决教学问题的方法和实践效果,以期促进现代职业技能培养视阈下学生实践能力养成和综合素质的提高,为社会培养符合岗位需求的一线高素质技术技能型人才,为我国同类高职院校培养人才提供有益的借鉴。
Highway engineering test and detection technology not only provides necessary parameters for engineering design,but also provides scientific basis for engineering construction quality control,acceptance and evaluation of completion,highway maintenance management,promotion of new materials and technologies,so highway engineering test and detection technology plays an extremely important role in engineering construction.With the rapid development of highway construction and the continuous improvement of people's travel requirements for highway quality standards,there is not only a huge gap in the demand for talents in highway engineering inspection posts,but also a higher requirement for professional and technical personnel’s inspection professional ability.This paper constructs the talent training mode of highway engineering inspection technology"specialty+enterprise"under the view of modern vocational ability training,and discusses the innovation of the training mode,the method to solve the teaching problems and the practical results,in order to promote the cultivation of students'practical ability and comprehensive quality under the view of modern vocational skill training,and to serve the society.The training of high-quality technical and skilled personnel in line with the needs of posts can provide useful reference for the training of talents in similar higher vocational colleges.
