金属管道焊接缺陷的X射线数字图像处理及检测方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文针对X射线线阵实时成像金属管道焊缝图像中的缺陷,通过Matlab仿真软件进行处理和分析。自适应中值滤波能够有效去除噪声,同时保持了图像中的边缘细节,自适应阈值分割方法在增强图像目标与背景对比度的同时,能够准确提取金属管道焊缝区域;对焊缝内部运用高频加强和基于形态学的低帽变换,能够为快速提取未焊透和气孔等焊接缺陷提供有效的视觉效果,并能根据其特征进行准确图像分割。 Aimed to the defects testing of the weld seam of metal pipeline real-time imaged with X-ray liner array,this paper analyzed and processed on the Matlab simulation software.The adaptive median filter was able to remove the noise,at the same time maintain the edge detail effectively.The adaptive threshold segmentation method can extract weld region of metal pipeline accurately during the enhancing image goal and the background contrast.Finally the weld interior high frequency emphasis filtering and morphological bottom hat can provide effective visual effect for fast extracting lack of penetration and gas pore defects,and according to their characteristic to extract defects exactly.
