Risk analysis of diatom mud product quality and safety

本文首先讨论了硅藻泥产品特点和该行业的发展,以及该行业国内外标准的制定情况。其次,为明确硅藻泥质量安全情况,采集了不同产地、不同品牌的20个批次的硅藻泥产品,进行了质量安全风险监测。结果显示,硅藻泥产品中游离甲醛符合率为95%,挥发性有机物符合率为90%,苯系物、放射性、可溶性重金属符合率均为100%。最后,从标准体系、市场情况、生产工艺、购买使用多方面、全链条对风险产生的原因及预防措施进行了详细论述。

This paper first discusses the characteristics of diatom mud products and the development of the industry,and further discusses the development of standards of the industry at home and abroad.Then,in order to clarify the quality and safety of diatom mud,20 batches of diatom mud products from different producing areas and different brands were collected,and the quality and safety risk monitoring was carried out.The results showed that the conformity rate of free formaldehyde in diatom mud products was 95%,the conformity rate of volatile organic compounds was 90%,and the compliance rate of benzene series,radioactivity and soluble heavy metals was 100%.Finally,from the standard system,market situation,production technology,purchase and use of many aspects,the whole chain of the causes of risk and preventive measures are discussed in detail.
