摘要 对于传统橡胶沥青,胶粉主要以颗粒状填料的形式存在于沥青及沥青混合料中,高温储存稳定性能差,需现场加工并及时使用;新型橡胶沥青是将废旧轮胎胶粉深度加工处理并与基质沥青充分混合,在高温条件下充分熔胀反应,最终几乎成为沥青组分的一部分,性能非常稳定,可采用工厂化生产,其使用范围大为拓展。本文介绍了一种新型橡胶沥青和沥青混合料的试验检测成果,并对其与传统橡胶沥青和橡胶沥青混合料的区别进行了说明,为橡胶沥青路面设计及施工提供一定参考。 As for traditional rubber asphalt,rubber powder mainly exists in the form of granular filler in asphalt and asphalt mixture,which has poor storage stability at high temperature and needs to be processed on site and used in time.But new rubber asphalt is a deep processing of waste tire rubber powder and mixing it with base asphalt,fully melting reaction at high temperature,and eventually becomes almost a part of asphalt components.Its performance is very stable,it can be manufactured in factory,and its scope of use is greatly expanded.In this paper,the test results of a new rubber asphalt and asphalt mixture are introduced,and the differences between the new rubber asphalt and the traditional rubber asphalt and rubber asphalt mixture are explained,which can provide some reference for the design and construction of rubber asphalt pavement.
