摘要
高层建筑地下室的埋深越来越深,随之而来基础的埋深也更深更复杂。在地下室水位较高区域,纯地下室车库对地基的荷载较小,抗浮设计在带地下室、有裙楼的高层建筑中非常重要,抗浮计算包含了锚杆、基础和上部结构的整体计算,抗浮锚杆的设置可以很好地对地基进行加固,避免由于地下水的浮力影响地基的稳定性,在确保结构安全的前提下,可以节约施工成本。本文重点阐述了抗浮锚杆在镇远县医院项目的应用,供经验交流。
The basement of high-rise building is buried deeper and deeper,so the foundation is buried much deeper and more complex.In the high water level area of basement,the load of pure basement garage on foundation is small.The anti-floating design is very important in high-rise buildings with basement and skirt tower.The anti-floating calculation includes the integral calculation of anchor,foundation and superstructure.The anti-floating anchor can reinforce the foundation well and avoid the influence of the buoyancy of groundwater on the stability of foundation.Under the premise of ensuring structural safety,construction cost can be saved.This paper focuses on the application of anti-floating anchor in Zhenyuan County Hospital project for the exchange of experience.
