摘要
近年来,我国房地产行业不断走向成熟,房地产开发经营的工程管理对房地产项目来说,不论是项目开发还是运营管理,都贯穿整个项目周期。房地产开发经营的工程管理主要包括四个部分,分别是设计管理、开发管理、施工管理和物业管理。本文分别对四个部分的含义及内容进行阐述,并对四个部分之间的关系和衔接问题进行讨论,旨在为相关企业提出有益的建议。
In recent years,China's real estate industry has continued to mature.The project management of real estate development and management for real estate projects,whether it is project development or operation management,runs through the entire project cycle.The project management of real estate development and management mainly includes four parts,namely design management,development management,construction management and property management.This paper elaborates on the four parts of the meaning and content,and discusses the relationship and cohesion between these four parts,aiming to provide useful suggestions for relevant enterprises and give some reference.
