摘要 通过对绝缘子材料使用和有限元原理的研究,结合有限元方法对污秽绝缘子模型进行分析得出表面温度分布规律。利用ANSYS软件建立XP-70型号绝缘子3D模型;通过有限元方法将3D模型进行网格划分并利用相同的激励电压对不同污秽程度的3D绝缘子模型进行施压得到热流密度和表盘温度分布趋势。实验结果表明,不同污秽程度下绝缘子模型表面热流密度、表盘温度的分布规律相同;其最大热流密度和最大温度值均与污秽程度成正比。相同污秽程度的条件下,绝缘子表盘温度先升高后降低。研究结论可为红外检测绝缘子污秽程度理论提供一定的参考。 According to the study of the use of insulator materials and the finite element principle,a diagnostic method based on the combination of finite element and conductivity conversion is proposed.The 3D insulator model of X P-70 was built by A N S Y S software.The 3D model was meshed by finite element method and the 3D insulator model with different conductivity was pressed by the same excitation voltage to obtain the heat flux distribution.The experimental results show that under different conditions of contamination,the distribution trend of heat flux density is the same;the distribution trend of insulator dial temperature is the same;the maximum heat flux density and maximum temperature are proportional to the degree of contamination.The results can provide references for infrared detection of fouling insulator.
