摘要
目的探究儿童变应性鼻炎伴分泌性中耳炎应用粉尘螨滴剂舌下脱敏治疗的疗效分析.方法收集于2015年2月至2018年5月期间收治的134例变应性鼻炎伴分泌性中耳炎儿童为观察对象.按随机排列表法将患儿分为两组,其中对照组67例采用鼻用糖皮质激素、欧龙马滴剂,观察组67例在鼻用激素、欧龙马滴剂的基础上加用粉尘螨滴剂舌下脱敏治疗(SLIT),随访3个月,评估两组患儿治疗前后VAS评分(视觉模拟评分法)、RQLQ评分(鼻结膜炎生存质量量表评分)、纯音测听气导的变化.结果治疗3个月后,观察组治疗总有效率为97.01%,明显高于对比组的80.60%(P<0.05);治疗前,两组VAS评分、RQLQ评分、纯音测听气导的变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组VAS评分、RQLQ评分、纯音测听气导的变化优于对照组(P<0.05).结论儿童变应性鼻炎伴分泌性中耳炎临床治疗时使用粉尘螨滴剂舌下脱敏治疗,能有效调节机体免疫功能,改善患者症状,临床治疗效果好.
Objective To study the efficacy of sublingual desensitization therapy in children with allergic rhinitis and secretory otitis media.Methods From February 2015 to May 2018,134 children with Allergic rhinitis(AR)and secretory otitis media(SOM),aged from 6 to 14 years were 73 males and 61 females.They were randomly divided into two groups.In the control group,67 cases were treated with glucocorticoid and oolongma drops.67 cases in observation group were treated with glucocorticoid and oolongma drops,In addition,there was the sublingual desensitizarion of Dermatophagoides farinae.Followed up for 3 months,the changes of VAS score and RQLQ score and pure tone audiometry were evaluated before and after treatment.Results After three months o f treatment,The total effective rate o f treatment in the observation group was 97.01%,significantly higher than 80.60% in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS score,RQLQ score and pure tone audiometry between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the changes of VAS score and RQLQ score in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Children with allergic rhinitis and secretory otitis media can be treated with sublingual desensitization of Dermatophagoides farinae drops,which can effectively regulate the immune function of the body and improve the symptoms of the patients.
