腹膜透析不同溶质转运特性对血清瘦素 脂联素水平的影响

目的研究腹膜透析不同溶质转运特性对血清瘦素、脂联素水平的影响.方法通过对2016年9月至2017年5月门诊的82例腹膜透析患者随访6个月,根据溶质转运率分组,并检测其血清瘦素、脂联素水平,以探究不同溶质转运特性对血清瘦素、脂联素水平的影响.结果高/高平均(H/HA)组基线瘦素水平高于低/低平均(L/LA)组(P<0.05);随访半年后H/HA组的瘦素变化水平高于L/LA组(P<0.05);H/HA组、L/LA组基线瘦素水平显著高于随访半年后(P<0.05);H/HA组、L/LA组基线脂联素水平显著低于随访半年后(P<0.05).结论腹膜透析高/高平均转运组的血清瘦素清除速率高于低/低平均组,但对血清脂联素的代谢无明显差异.

Objective To study the effect of transport properties of different solutes on serum leptin and adiponecdn levels in peritoneal dialysis.Methods A total of 82 cases of peritoneal dialysis patients who were followed up for 6 months in our hospital from 2016.9 to 2017.5.They were grouped according to the solute transport rate,and their serum leptin and adiponecdn levels were measured to explore the effects of different solute transport characterisrics on serum leprin and adiponecdn levels.Results Baseline leprin level in High/High average(H/HA)group was higher than that in Low/Low average(L/LA)group(P<0.05).Leptin level in H/HA group was higher than that in L/LA group(P<0.05)after six months of follow-up.Baseline leprin levels in the H/HA and L/LA groups were significantly higher than those in the six months after follow-up(P<0.05).Baseline adiponecdn levels were significantly lower in the H/HA group and L/LA group than after 6 months of follow-up(P<0.05).Conclusion The clearance rate of serum leptin in the high/high average transport group of peritoneal dialysis is higher than that in the low/low average group,but there is no significant difference in serum adiponecdn metabolism.
