芸苔素内酯的合成研究进展

Research Progress on the Synthesis of Brassinolide

芸苔素内酯是具有植物生长调节作用的甾体类激素中的一种,其活性高,施用量少,在农业生产中应用广泛。由于芸苔素内酯在自然界中的含量很低,提取工艺复杂,其合成研究得到了很多关注。综述了近几十年来芸苔素内酯的合成报道,对合成路线进行分析,并对其今后的发展作出展望。

Brassinolide is one of steroid hormones for plant biological growth regulation with high activities and less dosage in agricultural production.Because of the extremely low content of brassinolide in natural plants and complexity of the extraction process,study on the synthesis of brassinolide has attracted much attention.The synthesis progress of brassinolide in recent decades was reviewed,the synthesis methods were analyzed and the future development of brassinolide was forecasted.
