Determination of 42 Forbidden and Limiting Pesticide Adjuvants in Pesticide Formulations by GC-MS

摘要 [目的]建立了气相色谱串联质谱法(GC-MS)同时测定农药制剂中42种常见农药助剂含量的分析方法。[方法]样品由丙酮溶解,采用HP-INNOWAX毛细管色谱柱,选择离子监测模式(SIM)下进行分析。[结果]各农药助剂在0.02~10.0 mg/L质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.997,方法定量下限为0.1~0.5 mg/kg。42种农药助剂在不同添加水平下平均回收率为75%~101%,相对标准偏差(RSD)<12%。[结论]该方法操作简单,准确度高,适用于农药制剂中42种常见农药助剂的同时定量测定。 [Aims]A method for simultaneous determination of 42 pesticide adjuvants in pesticide formulations by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.[Methods]The sample was dissolved by acetone and analyzed by HP-INNOWAX capillary column under the selected ion monitoring mode(SIM).[Results]The linear relationship of each pesticide adjuvants was good within the mass concentration range of 0.02-10.0 mg/L,and the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.997.The limit of detection of the method was 0.1-0.5 mg/kg.The average recoveries of 42 pesticide adjuvants at different levels were 75-101%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was<12%.[Conclusions]The method is simple,accurate and suitable for the simultaneous quantitative determination of 42 pesticide adjuvants in pesticide formulations.
