摘要
[目的]为筛选出防治黄瓜白粉病和霜霉病的安全有效药剂,分别选用5种生物农药进行了田间防效试验。[方法]采用常规喷雾法,探讨不同生物农药对黄瓜白粉病和霜霉病的防治效果。[结果]10%多抗霉素WP 2次药后7 d对黄瓜白粉病的防效为80.34%,0.3%丁子香酚SL 2次药后7、14 d对黄瓜霜霉病防效分别为67.11%和77.38%,2种药剂的防效均分别优于对照药剂250g/L嘧菌酯SE和100g/L氰霜唑SE以及其他处理药剂。[结论]10%多抗霉素WP和0.3%丁子香酚SL可作为防治黄瓜白粉病和霜霉病的理想药剂,2种药剂在黄瓜白粉病和霜霉病发病前或初期,与其他保护性药剂轮换交替使用,以延缓其抗药性的产生。
[Aims]This study aims to select efficiency fungicides against cucumber powdery mildew and cucumber downy mildew.5 Biopesticides field control determination were applied.[Methods]The test was conducted by means of spraying.The aim of the research was to explore the effects of different biological pesticides on cucumber powdery and downy mildew.[Results]The results showed that 7 days after two times of applying pesticide,the control effect of polyoxin 10%WP on cucumber powdery mildew was 80.34%.The control effects of eugenol 0.3%SL on cucumber downy mildew at 7 and 14 days after applying pesticide were 67.11 and 77.38%,respectively.The control effects of two biopesticides were better than the control agent of azoxystrobin 250 g/L SE and 100 g/L of cyanosin SE and other treatment biopesticides.[Conclusions]Polyoxin 10%WP and eugenol 0.3% SL were ideal agent for controlling cucumber powdery mildew and downy mildew.Two kinds of biopesticide can be used at initial infection stage,and alternate use with other protective pesticides to delay the production of its resistance.
