The Cultural and Political Context About Ding Ling’s House Arrest and Related Figures in Chiang Kai-Shek’s Diary

开放不久的《蒋介石日记》是理解中国现代文化、历史的重要史料。从《蒋介石日记》,可以看到1933年前后中国现代文学的文化政治语境之变迁,蒋介石如何调整其组织、影响青年人的政治运作方式。读《蒋介石日记》,可以提出一些前人不易谈论的话题,了解与丁玲软禁相关的人物,如徐恩曾、张道藩、张冲、蔡元培等,且可更直接了解蒋介石本人,包括他的文化素养和思想倾向。本文通过对《蒋介石日记》及相关史料的解读,显示出丁玲软禁的语境,提供学界较少人见到的一些史料,对理解丁玲本人亦有助益。

Having been newly released, Chiang Kai-shek’s Diary is an important historical material for understanding Chinese modern culture and history. This diary reflects the change of the cultural and political context of Chinese modern literature around1933 and manifests how Chiang adjusted his organization as well as how Chiang influenced young people in the political operation.Reading Chiang Kai-shek ’s Diary can help us put forward some topics that are not easy to talk about by predecessors,and understand the figures related to Ding Ling’s house arrest,such as Xu Enzeng,Zhang Daofan,Zhang Chong, Cai Yuanpei, and so on.And even,Chiang Kai-shek himself can also be known more directly,including his cultural accomplishment and ideological tendency.Through the interpretation of Chiang Kai-shek’s Diary and related historical materials, this paper shows the context of Ding Ling’s house arrest and provides some historical materials that few scholars have seen before,which is of help to understand Ding Ling herself.
