当归芍药散对糖尿病早期肾损伤大鼠氧化应激的影响 被引量:17

Effect of Danggui Shaoyao Powder on Oxidative Stress in Early Diabetic Renal Injury Rats

摘要 目的探讨当归芍药散对糖尿病肾损伤大鼠肾脏保护作用。方法链脲佐菌素(Streptozotocin,STZ)制造糖尿病大鼠模型。实验设正常组、模型组、当归芍药散组及雷公藤多甙组。造模后给予当归芍药散或雷公藤多甙治疗。实验结束比较各组大鼠体重、12h进食量、进水量及24h尿量。测定空腹血糖及24h尿蛋白,检测大鼠血清胆固醇(cholesterin,TC)、甘油三酯(Triglyceride,TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein cholesfero,HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(Low Density Lipoprotein,LDL)及血清过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)活性,检测大鼠肾组织丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)活性。结果与模型组比较,当归芍药散组体重显著升高,12h摄食量、12h饮水量及24h尿量明显降低。当归芍药散可有效降低大鼠空腹血糖、24h尿蛋白及TC、LDL-C水平,可明显升高糖尿病早期肾损伤大鼠HDL-C水平。与模型组比较,当归芍药散组GSH-Px及CAT显著上升,MDA水平显著降低。结论当归芍药散对糖尿病早期肾损伤大鼠具有肾脏保护作用,其作用机制有可能与其调节糖尿病大鼠机体氧化应激有关。 Objective To observe the effects of Danggui Shaoyao Powder on oxidative stress of early diabetic renal injury rats,explore its mechanisms.Methods Diabetic renal injury rats was induced by injection intraperitoneally with streptozotocin.Rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,Danggui Shaoyao Powder group and tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside group.Animals were treated orally with Danggui Shaoyao Powder and tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside respectively.Four weeks later,the body wight,12h food consumption,drinking volume and 24h urine volume were observed.Blood glucose,24h microalbuminuria,cholesterin,triglyceride,high density lipoprotein cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,serum catalase and kidney tissue Malondialdehyde and glutathione peroxidase were detected.Results Compared with model group,the Body wight,24h urine volume,12h food consumption,drinking volume in Danggui Shaoyao Powder group was decreased,as well as,Danggui Shaoyao Powder decreased Blood Glucose,24h microalbuminuria,TC and LDL-C.Compared with model group,GSH-Px and CAT in Danggui Shaoyao Powder group was increased,MDA level was decreased.Conclusion This study suggests that the Danggui Shaoyao Powder could improve the renal function in early diabetic renal injury rats,the mechanism may be related to the improvement of antioxidation.
