Methamphetamine addiction mechanism and Chinese herbal medicine treatment

目前,随着合成毒品的迅速泛滥,药物成瘾的研究具有重要的社会需求性,2017年中国禁毒报告指出,当前我国八成以上的吸毒案例都是由合成毒品引起的。其中,甲基苯丙胺(methamphetamine,METH)是最具代表性的苯丙胺类合成毒品,因其分布的广泛性与严重性而备受关注。因此针对METH成瘾的治疗成为当前一个亟待解决的医学与社会问题。近年来,中草药对METH治疗作用的研究逐渐得到关注并取得显著进展,研究已发现有多种中草药在METH成瘾中有较为显著的治疗效果,这对于药物成瘾的治疗具有重大意义。文章根据近年来人们对METH成瘾的研究进展,将其发生机制作为切入点,针对METH成瘾的药物治疗,进行简要的综述。

At present,with the rapid spread of synthetic drugs,drug addiction research has important social needs.According to the 2017 China Anti-Drug Report,more than 80%of drug abuse cases in China are caused by synthetic drugs.Among them,methamphetamine(METH)is the most representative synthetic drug for amphetamines,which has attracted much attention due to its extensive and serious distribution.Therefore,the treatment of METH addiction has become a current medical and social problem to be solved.In recent years,the research on the therapeutic effect of Chinese herbal medicine on METH has gradually received attention and made remarkable progress.Studies have found that a variety of Chinese herbal medicines have significant therapeutic effects in METH addiction,which is of great significance for the treatment of drug addiction.Based on the research progress of METH addiction in recent years,this paper takes its mechanism as an entry point and briefly reviews the drug treatment of METH addiction.
