温胆汤治疗COPD合并焦虑抑郁临床疗效评价

Clinical Evaluation of Wendan Decoction in the Treatment of COPD with Anxiety and Depression

目的观察温胆汤治疗COPD合并焦虑抑郁的临床疗效。方法 42例COPD稳定期患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,对照组22例,治疗组20例。两组患者均给予布地奈德福莫特罗(320ug/9ug)2次/日吸入,并给予抗焦虑抑郁治疗,治疗组在上述治疗基础上口服温胆汤加减治疗,4周为一疗程,比较两组治疗前后6MWD、FEV1、FEV1/FVC、HAMD评分、HAMA评分变化。结果两组治疗后6MWD、FEV1、FEV1/FVC较前均有改善(P<0.05),HAMA评分和HAMD评分均较前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组6MWD、FEV1、FEV1/FVC改善优于对照组(P<0.05),HAMA评分和HAMD评分与对照组比较显著降低(P<0.05)。结论温胆汤治疗COPD合并焦虑抑郁临床疗效显著。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Wendan Decoction in the treatment of COPD with anxiety and depression.Methods:42 patients with stable COPD were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 22 cases in control group and 20 cases in treatment group. Both groups were given budesonide formoterol(320 ug/9 ug) inhalation twice a day and anti-anxiety and depression treatment. The treatment group was treated with Wendan Decoction on the basis of the above treatment for 4 weeks as a course of treatment. The changes of 6 MWD, FEV1, FEV1/FVC, HAMD score and HAMA score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment, 6 MWD, FEV1, FEV1/FVC were improved in both groups(P < 0.05), HAMA score and HAMD score were decreased(P < 0.05), and the improvement of 6 MWD, FEV1, FEV1/FVC in treatment group was better than that in control group(P < 0.05), HAMA score and HAMD score were better than those in control group(P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, it was significantly lower(P < 0.05). Conclusion:Wendan Decoction is effective in treating COPD with anxiety and depression.
