参脉饮择时服药治疗气阴两虚型心悸60例疗效观察

Curative Observation of Using Shenmai Yin Taking Medicine on a Selective Bbasis in the Treatment of 60Cases of Qi-Yin Deficiency Type Heart Palpitations

目的:基于子午流注学说思想,对心悸患者选择(午、戊)时刻服药,观察其临床治疗效果,为中医时间医学治疗疾病提供临床依据。方法:将气阴两虚型心悸120例患者作为观察对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例;两组患者西药服药时间、频次及服药剂量一致;两组患者中汤药剂型、剂量不变,只是给药时间发生改变,对照组采用(早9点之前,晚7点之前)传统服药方法;治疗组选择午时(11:00~13:00)心经流注时刻服药,戊时(19:00~21:00)心包经流注时刻服药。结果:中医证候改善治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);房早心电图疗效改善比较(x±s):两组早搏治疗后均明显改善(△P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(*P<0..05)差异有统计学意义;两组治疗前后24小时Hottle改善比较:两组治疗后均明显下降(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(*P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:与常规的服药方法相比,对心悸患者实施择时服药,能有效的改善患者临床症状,快速提高临床疗效,子午流注服药方法可进行广泛推广。

Objective:Based on the theory of meridian flow injection, patients with palpitations were selected to take medicine at any time(the seventh of the twelve Earthly Branches, the fifth of the ten Heavenly Stems) to observe the effect of clinical treatment, and provide clinical basis for the treatment of diseases by time medicine in traditional Chinese medicine. Methods:120 patients with Qi-Yin deficiency type palpitations were randomly divided into 60 patients into treatment group and controlled group. The time, frequency and dose of western medicine were the same in two groups. In the two groups, the dosage type and dose of decoction remained unchanged, but the time of administration changed. The controlled group adopted the traditional drug method(before 9 o’clock in the morning and before 7 o’clock in the evening). The treatment group chose to take medicine at noon(11:00~13:00) and at the time of flow(19:00~21:00). Results:The therapeutic effect of TCM syndromes improvement was better than that of the controlled group(P<0.05). Results:The effect of TCM syndromes improvement of the treatment group was superior to that of the controlled group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Comparison of EKG effect:Both groups improved significantly after early beating therapy(P<0.05). The improvement of the treatment group was better than the controlled group(P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:Compared with the conventional medicine method, the choice of medication for patients with palpitations can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and quickly improve the clinical efficacy. The meridian flow injection method can be widely promoted.
