少阳经穴透刺配合刺络放血治疗无先兆偏头痛30例

Clinical Observation of 30Cases of Migraine without Aura Treated by Penetration Acupuncture at the Acupoints of Shaoyang Meridian Combined with Bloodletting

目的:观察少阳经穴透刺配合刺络放血治疗无先兆偏头痛(Migraine without Aura,MO)的临床疗效。方法:将60例MO患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组采用少阳经穴透刺配合刺络放血治疗,对照组采用口服双氯芬酸钠肠溶片治疗,均于偏头痛发作时开始治疗,至症状明显缓解后停止,治疗观察期为3个月。疗程结束时,比较两组治疗前后偏头痛症状评分量表(发作次数、程度、持续时间、伴随症状)并进行疗效评定。结果:两组治疗后偏头痛症状评分量表各项指标与治疗前比较均显著降低(P<0.01),治疗组治疗后偏头痛症状评分量表各项指标与对照组治疗后比较均显著降低(P<0.01,P<0.05),治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组为76.7%,具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:少阳经穴透刺配合刺络放血与口服西药相比能够更好的改善MO患者的临床症状,具有良好的临床疗效。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of applying penetration acupuncture at the acupoints of Shaoyang meridian combined with bloodletting in the treatment of migraine without aura(MO). Methods:60 MO patients were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group, with 30 patients in each group. The treatment group was treated by penetration acupuncture at the acupoints of Shaoyang meridian combined with bloodletting, while the controlled group was treated by Diclofenac Sodium Enteric-Coated Tablets. Each group were started treatment at the onset of migraine, and stopped after the symptoms were significantly alleviated. The treatment observation period was 3 months. At the end of treatment, the scores of symptom(number of attacks, degree, duration, accompanying symptoms) before and after treatment were compared between the two groups, and the curative effects were assessed. Results:After treatment, all the indexes of the migraine symptom scale were significantly reduced compared with that before treatment(P<0.01). All the indexes of the migraine symptom scale of the treatment group after treatment were significantly reduced compared with the controlled group after treatment(P<0.01, P<0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0% and that of the controlled group was 76.7%, which showed significant statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusions:Compared with oral drugs, penetration acupuncture at the acupoint of Shaoyang meridian combined with bloodletting can better improve the clinical symptoms of MO patients and have better clinical efficacy.
