毫火针联合综合康复疗法对中风后偏瘫患者(阴虚风动型)肢体功能和生活质量的影响

Curative Effect on Limb Function and Quality of Life of Patients with Hemiplegia after Stroke Treated by Synthetic Rehabilitation Therapy Cominbed with Mildly Fire Needle

目的:观察毫火针联合综合康复疗法对中风后偏瘫患者(阴虚风动型)肢体功能和生活质量的影响。方法:将我院接诊的76例中风后偏瘫患者,按就诊顺序随机等分为联合组和对照组,对照组给予常规康复治疗,联合组给予毫火针+综合康复疗法,均治疗4周,比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后中医证候积分、患侧上下肢肌力分级、运动功能、日常生活能力和生活质量的变化。结果:治疗后,联合组总有效率为92.11%,显著高于对照组的71.05%(P<0.05);两组中医证候积分均明显降低(P<0.05),患侧上、下肢改良Ashworth量表评级均明显改善(P<0.05),两组Fugl-Meyer、MBI及各维度评分均明显升高(P<0.05),SIS各维度评分均明显升高(P<0.05),但联合组上述指标改善幅度均大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:毫火针联合综合康复疗法能有效减轻中风后偏瘫患者(阴虚风动型)的临床症状,促进患侧肢体功能的恢复,降低肌张力,提高日常生活能力,提升患者生活质量。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of combined treatment of hemiplegia after stroke and its effect on limb function and quality of life. Methods:Accepting 76 patients with hemiplegia after stroke in clinic order randomly divided into joint group and controlled group, the controlled group was given routine rehabilitation therapy, the joint group was given mildly fire needle combined comprehensive rehabilitation therapy, 4 weeks treatment, compared the two groups of clinical curative effect and treatment before and after the upper side of the lower limbs strength grade, motor function, daily life ability and quality of life changes. Results:After treatment, the combined group’s total effective rate was 92.11%, significantly higher than the controlled group’s 71.05%(P<0.05). The two groups of side upper and lower limb modified Ashworth rating scale were significantly improved(P<0.05), the two groups of Fugl-Meyer, MBI and each dimension score were significantly higher(P<0.05), the SIS each dimension score were significantly higher(P<0.05), but the index had improved in the joint group were greater than the controlled group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Mildly fire needle combined with comprehensive rehabilitation treatment can effectively promote the same limb function recovery, reduce muscle tension, improve the ability of daily life, improve quality of life of patients for hemiplegia after stroke.
