核燃料棒用X光机透照平台装置设计

摘要 透照平台是射线检测的重要设备之一,根据不同核燃料产品外形、尺寸和工艺特点,采用X光机透照平台装置完成辅助透照。大部分核燃料棒用透照平台难以兼顾多种产品使用,为此需新设计一台能同时满足多种核燃料产品的X光机透照平台装置。根据用途设计,透照平台装置设计组成包括:能调整高度的升降机构、能水平移动的平移机构、可快速更换胶片的换片机构、短距离快速移动相关棒的U型槽轮装置及多种形状均可支撑用的平板。新研制的装置具备多种能力:能满足十多种不同类别核燃料产品透照需求;减少核产品透照后表面划伤或划痕;实现快速调节焦距、水平位置以及更换胶片和工装;减少人工搬运。 The transmitter platform is one of the important equipment for radiographic detection.According to the shape,size and process characteristics of different nuclear fuel products,X-ray machine platform device is used to complete auxiliary radiography.Most of the X-ray platforms for nuclear fuel rods are difficult to take into account the use of various products.Therefore,a new X-ray platform device is needed to meet the needs of a variety of nuclear fuel products at the same time.According to the use design,the design components of the platform device include:lifting mechanism which can adjust the height,translation mechanism which can move horizontally,film exchange mechanism which can quickly replace film,U-shaped groove wheel device which can move related rods quickly in short distance and flat plate which can be supported by various shapes.The newly developed device have variable capabilities:it can meet the needs of more than ten different types of nuclear fuel products,reduce the scratches or scratches on the surface of nuclear products after exposure,realize rapid adjustment of focal length,horizontal position and replacement of film and tools and reduce manual handling.
