摘要
中国特色民族教育理论话语体系的建构有赖于中国特色民族教育理论研究的繁荣发展。当前有必要有针对性地解决民族教育理论研究中的理论研究与政策研究界限模糊、轻重不一、缺乏系统化研究和体系化研究的问题。民族教育理论研究要加强民族教育理论、民族教育政策、民族教育制度、民族教育实践的“四位一体”的协同创新研究。为此,要把握民族教育实践的全过程,建构民族教育理论、民族教育政策和民族教育制度框架体系和解决新时代民族教育理论与实践创新发展的问题。要将民族教育理论个别问题的研究提升到体系层面的研究,将民族教育实践的普遍研究聚焦为重大问题的专题研究,将民族教育理论与实践的一般问题研究延伸到对未来的前瞻性研究。
In current theoretical studies of ethnic education,there are problems of relatively vague boundaries between theoretical research and policy research,research results different in importance,and lacking systematic research consciousness and achievements.So,it is necessary to get out of the predicament and realize a breakthrough.According to the characteristics of the new era and the new development opportunities and challenges of ethnic education,this paper puts forward the new idea of theoretical studies of ethnic education with Chinese characteristics.Its core is to make a collaborative innovation of theory,policy,system and practice of ethnic education in order to solve the above problems.Ethnic education theory with Chinese characteristics is the CPC's theory of ethnic education.It is the product of the combination of Marxist fundamental principles of education with the practice of ethnic education under the leadership of the CPC.It both embodies the general principles and development laws of education and is rooted in the soil of China’s ethnic educational practice with distinct Chinese characteristics and time characteristics.
