新时代民族院校应对网络负面舆情方略探析

An Analysis of the Strategies of Ethnic Colleges and Universities to Deal with the Negative Public Opinions on Network in the New Era

做好涉及民族问题的新闻舆论工作具有重要意义,民族院校的网络舆情工作是新时代涉及民族问题新闻舆情工作的一个重要组成部分。但由于民族院校与普通高等院校相比具有其独特性,并且在公众价值取向、网络媒体以及国内外反华势力煽动等各种因素的综合作用下,部分人对民族院校的性质和作用存在错误认知,并通过互联网传播形成网络负面舆情,造成不良的社会影响。本文选取新浪微博作为主要舆情来源,从构成网络舆情的网民要素、时空要素、事件要素以及观点要素四个维度出发,分析针对民族院校的网络负面舆情的特点,并且针对网络舆情发展的一般规律,提出民族院校应对网络负面舆情的方略,即平稳期监测研判、发生期加强引导、扩散期多方联动以及消退期善后总结,以确保民族院校的和谐发展,维护民族团结、社会稳定、国家统一的大局。

It is of great significance to do a good job in the work of news and public opinion.However,due to the unique characteristics of ethnic colleges and universities compared with ordinary universities,and under the comprehensive effect of various factors such as public value orientation,network media and instigation of anti-China forces at home and abroad,some people have a misconception of the nature and function of ethnic universities and express negative public opinions on the Internet,causing adverse social effect.Starting from four dimensions of netizen elements,time and space elements,event elements and viewpoint elements which constitute network public opinions,this paper makes an analysis of the characteristics of network negative public opinions about ethnic colleges and universities.It also puts forward strategies for ethnic universities to deal with network negative public opinions according to the general law of the development of network public opinions.The strategies are making monitoring and judgement in the stable period,strengthening guidance in the occurrence period,making multiple interactions in the diffusion period and making summaries in the recuperation period,in order to safeguard the harmonious development of ethnic universities and maintain national unity,social stability and state unification.
