双歧杆菌活菌联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效分析

Clinical efficacy analysis of viable Bifidobacterium combined with montmorillonite powder for the treatment of pediatric diarrhea

目的探究双歧杆菌活菌联合蒙脱石散在小儿腹泻治疗中的临床价值。方法100例小儿腹泻患儿,根据监护人的意愿分为对照组和观察组,各50例。两组患儿入院后均给予基础对症治疗,在此基础上对照组采用单一蒙脱石散用药方案,观察组采用双歧杆菌活菌联合蒙脱石散用药方案。对比两组患儿的临床疗效、大便次数及大便性状恢复正常时间。结果观察组治疗总有效率96.0%(48/50)高于对照组的80.0%(40/50),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿大便次数及大便性状恢复正常时间分别为(1.8±0.6)、(2.4±0.7)d,均短于对照组的(2.9±0.8)、(3.7±1.2)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用双歧杆菌活菌联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻可提升临床效果,缩短患儿临床症状恢复时间。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of viable Bifidobacterium combined with montmorillonite powder for the treatment of pediatric diarrhea.Methods A total of 100 children with diarrhea were divided into control group and observation group according to wishes of the guardian,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups were given basic symptomatic treatment after admission.On this basis,the control group received montmorillonite powder regimen,and the observation group received viable Bifidobacterium combined with montmorillonite powder.The clinical efficacy,stool frequency and property return to normal time in the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment was 96.0%(48/50)in the observation group,which was higher than 80.0%(40/50)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The stool frequency and property return to normal time were(1.8±0.6)and(2.4±0.7)d respectively in the observation group,which were all shorter than(2.9±0.8)and(3.7±1.2)d in the control group,and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of viable Bifidobacterium and montmorillonite powder can improve the clinical effect and shorten the recovery time of clinical symptoms of children with diarrhea.
