摘要
选用了两种阀门,针对不同阀门开度利用Fluent对一次风管道内部流场进行仿真模拟及分析计算,研究所选阀门在不同阀门开度下管道的流量和阻力特性,得到了调节阀质量流量与阀门开度的关系式,可用于一次风管道风粉均衡调节时有望进一步显著改善锅炉带粉运行时风、粉分配不均的现象。
Two kinds of valves are selected. Using Fluent to simulate and analyze the internal flow field of the primary air duct for different valve opening degrees, the flow and resistance characteristics of the selected valve under different valve opening degrees are studied and adjusted. The relationship between the valve mass flow and the valve opening can be used to further significantly improve the uneven distribution of air and coal during the operation of the boiler with powder when the primary air duct is balanced.
