350MW超临界机组轴系振动故障诊断及处理

摘要 针对某电厂350 MW超临界机组在调试试运过程中,高、中压转子振动在额定转速下振动超标的故障,结合机组的历史数据及轴系状态,分析了导致高、中压转子振动故障的原因及机理,通过现场对机组的轴系进行精细平衡,消除了振动故障,保证了该机组的振动水平达到最优值。 According to the failure of the 350 MW supercritical unit in a power plant during commissioning test operation, the vibration of the high and medium pressure rotor under the rated speed is excessive, and combined with the historical data and the axial state of the unit, the cause and mechanism of the vibration failure of the high and medium pressure rotor are analyzed., The shaft of the unit is carefully balanced on the spot, the vibration failure is eliminated, and the vibration level of the unit is guaranteed to reach the optimal value.
