摘要
针对某600 MW亚临界汽轮机中压调节阀阀盖与阀套连接螺栓断裂问题,从宏观结构、金相组织、力学性能、光谱检测、电镜检查等方面进行分析,认为螺栓材质不合格、加工工艺存在缺陷是造成螺栓断裂的主要原因,并提出了相应的解决办法,为其他机组提供了有益的借鉴。
In order to study the fracture causes of connecting bolts between the cover and sleeve of the IP control valve of a 600 MW subcritical turbine, the macrostructure, metallographic structure and mechanical properties of the bolts were analyzed. Moreover, the bolts were examined by spectroscopy and electron microscopy. The results show that unqualified bolt material and defective processing technology are main causes of the bolts fracture. Corresponding solutions are put forward, which can provide beneficial reference for other units.
