摘要
针对某300 MW汽轮发电机组运行过程中振动异常情况进行跟踪分析,通过对历史数据趋势分析,准确判断振动异常原因为油挡积碳,为保障机组安全运行,通过现场动平衡处理,降低了机组高中压转子原始振动值,减少发生碰磨的机会,利用机组停机检修的机组对轴瓦进行了解体检查,清除了油挡积碳,为同类型机组油挡积碳故障的判别提供了依据。
In view of the operation process of a 300 MW turbo-generator set vibration trace analysis, based on historical data trend analysis, accurate judgment of abnormal vibration for oil carbon deposition, to ensure the safe operation of the unit, and through the field dynamic balance processing, reduce the unit original high pressure rotor vibration value, reduce the chance happened to touch the ground, the bearing shell to make use of the machine stop unit strip inspection, remove the oil gear carbon, oil carbon block for the same type unit failure criterion to provide the basis.
