三九灸治疗男性精液不液化症的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Moxibustion at Sanjiu Period in Treating Male Semen Non-Liquefaction

【目的】观察三九灸治疗男性精液不液化症的临床疗效。【方法】选取男性精液不液化症患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组口服葡萄糖酸锌片和生精胶囊治疗;观察组在对照组基础上进行三九天灸贴敷治疗;观察2组患者治疗前后精液液化时间、精子存活率、精子总活力百分率、前向运动精子百分率的变化情况。【结果】(1)研究过程中观察组剔除2例,对照组剔除1例,最终观察组38例、对照组39例纳入研究。(2)治疗后,2组患者精液液化时间、精子存活率、精子总活力百分率、前向运动精子水平均明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组在改善精液液化时间及存活率方面均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】三九天灸治疗男性精液不液化症临床疗效肯定,并能辅助提高男性精液不液化症患者精子存活率,且操作简便、不良反应少。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of moxibustion at Sanjiu period(the third nine-day period after the winter solstice)for the treatment of male semen non-liquefaction.Methods Eighty patients with semen non-liquefaction were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group received oral use of zinc gluconate tablets and Shengjing capsules,and the observation group received the moxibustion at Sanjiu period on basis of the treatment of the control group.The semen liquefaction time,sperm survival rate,percentage of total sperm motility,and percentage of forward-moving sperm were observed in the two groups before and after treatment.Results(1)During the trial,2 cases were excluded from the observation group and one case from the control group.Finally,38 patients in the observation group and 39 patients in the control group were included in the trial.(2)After treatment,the semen liquefaction time,sperm survival rate,percentage of total sperm motility,and percentage of forward-moving sperm were significantly improved in the two groups(P<0.05),and the improvement in the semen liquefaction time and sperm survival rate of the observation group was superior to that of the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Moxibustion at Sanjiu period has a positive clinical effect on male semen nonliquefaction,and can effectively improve the sperm survival rate of the patients.It is easy to operate and has few adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical popularization.
