《千金要方》宋校本与新雕本相应篇目附列内容差异考证

Textual Research of Appendixes and Annotations of Corresponding Chapters in Song’s Edition and Xindiao’s Edition of Invaluable Prescriptions

通过对《千金要方》宋校本(北宋校正医书局于北宋治平三年校定并雕版印刷的版本)与新雕本(北宋官方雕版印刷之前流行的版本)的对校研究,发现两版本相应篇目附列的内容存在程度不同的差异。与新雕本《千金要方》比较,宋校本《千金要方》将部分附列调整为正文,或将某些附列独立成篇,或增加附列的内容及条目等。这些差异显示宋校本《千金要方》强化了医学理论对临床的指导作用,由新雕本的以"方治"为主向"求医理"转移。提示流传至今的重要中医典籍历朝历代历经多人之手后,在形成多层次文本的同时其理论内涵也发生了不同程度的变化。在今后的中医文献研究中应对此问题进行深入探讨,以更全面了解中医理论的发展过程。

The proofreading research was carried out in the two editions of Invaluable Prescriptions(Qian Jin Yao Fang),i.e.,Song’s edition(printed in the third year of Zhiping period of the Northern Song Dynasty by Office of Revising Medical Books)and Xindiao’s edition(the popular edition before official block printing of the Northern Song Dynasty).And the results showed various degrees of differences in the contents of the appendixes and annotations of the two editions of Invaluable Prescriptions.In comparison with the Xindiao’s edition,the Song’s edition of Invaluable Prescriptions listed some appendixes and annotations as the text,or used some annotations as a dependent chapter,or added the contents and categories of the appendixes and annotations.The differences showed that the Song’s edition of Invaluable Prescriptions strengthened the guidance of medical theory for the clinical application,and fulfilled the transformation of focusing on prescriptions for treatment into the exploration of medical theory.The results indicated that various degrees of changes have been happened in the nowadays medical theory from different editions of the popular important medical books which experienced successive dynasties,and further study for the differences will be needed to get an overall view of the development of the traditional Chinese medical theory.
